Our Services

Clear guidance for one of life's most complex transitions— here's how we can help

Our Approach

Our Approach

Situation Review

We begin by gathering and organizing your financial data to create a clear picture of your current situation. This includes reviewing income, assets, debts, benefits, and property classifications, as well as preparing your Statement of Net Worth. We also interpret complex financial documents to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Interim & Long Term Planning

Together, we clarify your goals and build a roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term security. We create realistic, tax-aware budgets, project future expenses (including retirement and education), and assess insurance requirements. This helps you make informed, confident decisions during a time of uncertainty.

Settlement Analysis

We evaluate the financial impact of proposed settlements by modeling cash flow, tax consequences, and net worth projections. Our analysis includes support calculations, alimony tax implications, and comparisons of different asset division options. We also help assess the fairness and sustainability of the agreement.

Post Divorce Wealth Management

After settlement, we assist with transferring assets, updating legal titles, and avoiding common pitfalls that can happen with implementing settlement agreements. We continue to guide you through your financial plan and help keep you aligned with your goals. For ongoing wealth management services, visit our partner firm, WealthGarden
